Joint venture agreement between Rawabi Oil & Gas and TDE Digital Ltd
TDE Digital entered into a joint venture partnership agreement on 16 January 2023 with Rawabi Oil & Gas (ROG) a subsidiary of Rawabi Energy.
The joint venture aims to significantly expand both companies’ capabilities in their respective field, as well as providing efficient and sustainable solutions to our clients, achieving a unique competitive advantage among the industry peers and to better serve our clients in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
TDE Digital and Rawabi Oil & Gas have been collaborating since 2020. With ROG being the first company to introduce TDE proNova to the market in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, both companies look forward to further develop the local presence and capability to support their clients, innovate with industrial and academic partners, and further expand their in-country value generation.
