Job Responsibilities:
Development of Electrical and Mechanical Products:
- Design, develop, and improve electrical and mechanical products.
- Conduct research and create product designs meeting industry standards.
Manufacturing and Testing Oversight:
- Oversee the manufacturing process for efficient and high-quality production.
- Implement quality control, process optimization, and product testing procedures.
Collaboration with Clients:
- Work closely with clients to understand their requirements.
- Ensure products align with client needs through regular communication and updates.
Collaboration with Regulatory Bodies:
- Engage with regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Obtain necessary certifications and approvals to meet industry regulations.
Product Quality and Safety Assurance:
- Guarantee product quality and safety through measures to identify and address potential issues.
- Ensure products are safe to use and meet industry best practices.
Minimum Education and Experience:
- Most candidates would require 7 years’ experience and a BSc in Electrical Engineering to succeed.
- We will also consider candidates with a HTL degree if they have at least 10 years of experience.

Monthly salary:
As stated above, this position could be based in Austria or outside of Austria. The Austrian employment law requires us to state the minimum yearly salary according to the collective bargaining agreement and that is € 50.446. However, we can pay above that amount. Your actual offer will depend on your skills, experience, and education.
