Job Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance and support to end users Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues Track and manage user requests and incidents Document procedures and maintain a knowledge base Perform routine system maintenance and updates Conduct user training and provide guidance on best practices Manage hardware and software inventory Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends
Educational Qualification Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
Skills & Professional Requirements:
- Strong understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products
Experience Requirements:
- Prior experience in an IT support role desirable but not required
Attributes and Behaviour:
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

monthly salary
In accordance with the metal industry and trade collective agreement, the annual gross salary starts at 45.068,38 gross per year. The final offer will be based on your individual skills and experience.
