As production engineer, you will be in charge for projects involving digital production systems such as TDE Powerline. You will define workover programs and completion designs for powerline, together with the clients and partners, and work on optimization and performance improvements for the well and the powerline system. 

  • Prepare and supervise detailed workover and programs and completion designs involving digital production systems
  • Define KPIs, measure the performance of the designs and work on improvement and development strategies
  • Monitor drilling and work-over activities to ensure suitable completion practices
  • Monitor production performance, diagnose any anomalies and recommend engineering solutions
  • Perform production optimization activities to ensure reliability and optimum well performance
  • Participate in project technical review and review proposals to ensure efficient/economic operations
  • Champion new technologies aimed at improving well integrity, productivity and efficiency
  • Conduct training seminars; prepare manuals, train engineers and production operating personnel

  • Strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication skills (written and oral)
  • Self-directed with the ability to recognize and pursue solutions required to solve problems
  • Ability to organize and coordinate multiple projects/tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to adapt to tight deadlines and frequent shifting of priorities
  • 5 years+ of relevant experience in completion design, artificial production systems and workover programs
  • Experience in data driven production solutions
  • Proficient in MS Office and knowledge/usage skills of the state-of-the-art software solutions for production
  • Proficient in international codes applicable for well design and production 
  • Experience in working in multidisciplinary teams
  • Minimum of BSc in Mechanical, Chemical, or Petroleum Engineering discipline
