ADGM Academy and TDE Digital Partner to Launch EnerTech Lab, Accelerating the UAE’s Energy Transition and Digital Transformation

• The EnerTech Lab, a collaboration between ADGM Academy and TDE Digital, will scale talent, accelerate applied research and development, and drive the creation of innovative technologies that advance energy transition and digital transformation.

Abu Dhabi, 11 December 2025 – ADGM Academy and TDE Digital today announced the launch of the EnerTech Lab, a pioneering initiative designed to accelerate the UAE’s energy transition by nurturing national talent, advancing applied research, and developing innovative solutions at the intersection of energy and digital technology.

Anchored in the ADGM Academy Tech Centre, the EnerTech Lab will serve as a platform to develop Emirati talent, foster innovation, and strengthen Abu Dhabi’s position as a global hub for sustainable energy technologies. The Lab’s programmes will focus on vocational and executive training, applied research, and innovation-led entrepreneurship—creating pathways for UAE Nationals to lead in the energy and technology sectors.

The EnerTech Lab will target the creation of 1,000 high-impact UAE National job roles, directly contributing to Emiratisation objectives and the development of a future-ready energy workforce. Its learning pathways will include executive certificates, short courses, and micro-credentials, complemented by hackathons, ideation sprints, and thought leadership events to connect innovators, regulators, and investors.
