Talent Acquisition Specialist (m/f/d)

We are looking for a talent acquisition specialist to help us source, identify, screen, and hire candidates for various roles in for our Austrian operations. You will be able to speak both English and German and be based in the Leoben area. During this time, you will support in the hiring of over 40 roles, for everything from our manufacturing to our data analytics teams.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills and have strong interpersonal skills for working closely with others across various departments. The role would suit someone that is thinking about a career in talent acquisition and/or Human Resources.

  • Ensure a positive experience for candidates
  • Ensure that staffing needs are being met and roles filled on time
  • Implement sourcing strategies, to secure potential applicants
  • Follow recruitment process to secure the right candidates
  • Form close relationships with hiring managers to ensure clear expectations for candidates and interviewers
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and candidate selection criteria
  • Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networks
  • Compile lists of most-suitable candidates by assessing their CVs, portfolios, and references
  • Organize interviews and ensure timely feedback is provided
  • Maintain records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork, to share with key stakeholders
  • Preference for prior recruitment and selection experience
  • Organized and people focused
  • Proficient in English and German
  • High school diploma minimum, relevant education preferred
